We’re a relaxed team of personal trainers working out of a cosy studio for personal training in Glasgow’s Southside, with an easy going, fun atmosphere. We’ve got decades of training experience between our team, from a wide variety of training styles and disciplines, all geared towards getting the results that our clients want. Being in a private studio also means nobody hogging the equipment that you need, and a much more private, personal atmosphere for your session. We try to avoid strict rules and harsh diets in favour of a more balanced approach to building a healthier lifestyle. Being healthy and enjoying a good night out aren’t mutually exclusive, after all, and our personal trainers will attest to that. Our techniques are suited to the individual – whether that means guiding your nutrition, or teaching and planning your workouts with you – and we’re big on support and education, teaching you how to live a healthier and happier life.

Personal Training Sessions
All personal training sessions take place in our fully equipped private training studio in the Southside of Glasgow, the packages we offer are based on a one to one basis, however, larger numbers can be accommodated. To meet us face-to-face, check out the studio and discuss your goals we offer a FREE consultation, where we assess your needs and discuss in full the services we provide. Your consultation also includes a free personal training taster session!
Our personal training packages include;
- Minimum 1 hour of PT per week (you are welcome to train more often with us too!)
- Postural and fitness assessment
- Full body stat analysis (body fat%, muscle %)
- Food diary analysis and nutrition and diet guidance
- Comprehensive healthy eating guide and home workout guide
- Full e-mail and phone support
Training sessions include strength training, body weight exercises, kettlebells, suspension training, and metabolic workouts. We ensure you develop the knowledge you need to workout safely and effectively at home or the gym!
